Like I said on Friday, the Weathertops have quite a collection of travel souvenirs.
As it turns out, playing with her Liberty Bell souvenir inspired Hitty Dauphine to collect them all in one place.
She is thinking of starting a museum.
Pictured here: the Old North Church from Boston, the Eiffel Tower from Paris, a Buddhist statue and abacus from Chinatown, San Francisco...
... sarcophogus from a King Tut exhibit she and Hitty Too visited...
...an elephant statue, a carved wooden mask and elephant candle (barely pictured) from San Francisco... the LibertyBell from Philadelphia, a cable car from San Francisco, a statue of Mount Rushmore from South Dakota...
...and not pictured up close, a wooden fishing boat from Pacifica, California and a giraffe statue from the San Francisco Zoo (one guess where most of our vacationing occurs).
Hitty Dauphine is pretty sure that we have more artifacts (specifically from Europe) to add to our collection, but we need to find them.
It seems a little spring cleaning is in order...
...and the purchase of another shelf system, the rental of a museum venue, the acquisition of the Statue of Liberty...
...the list goes on and on.
Did someone say something about credit cards?
