Self Portrait Saturday...

I have embarked on a little project of which my daughter would not approve. I have decided to take regular portraits of myself. I find that I often have plenty of photos of everyone else, but not many of myself and the photos I do have of myself are quite unflattering. Taking my own will allow me to pick and choose what photos I like best and banish the rest all while working to improve my portraiture. Incidentally, I have also decided that I want to take more photos of Judy this year as it will be her last at home before she leaves for college, so I hope to be sharing some of those portraits with you as well. That having been said...here are a few of my self portraits this week.

I read a variety of blogs on a regular basis and have recently been intrigued by the weekly portraits people take of their children and self-portraits. It has been awhile since I have taken a self-portrait, so I thought I would take one and share it with you today.
