Well, the moment is finally here! Time to share with you the grand prize, the main event, the final auction...our very own Hitty Helps Japan Japanese Hitty!

She is the sweetest little Hitty. I have enjoyed dressing and posing her while photographing our auction items. She stand so steadily and is easy to dress. She was carved from basswood and sports a traditional geisha bun on the back of her head. She was created and clothed by Bruce and Fung Hicks especially for our auction. I cannot emphasize how graceful and sweet she is.

She is dressed in a blue cotton kimono, tied around the waist with a traditional contrasting obi.

She is a treasure in and of herself, but to sweeten the deal, we have collected a scrumptious pile of goodies to send along with her.

In the photo above you will see her sake set and bonsai tree (the furniture pieces are not included).

She also has her very own tea set (of course).

In the photo below, the piano, monkeys, bench and Japanese screen are all included.

Hitty also has her very own hope chest in which to store all of her treasures.

The dress Hitty is wearing in the photo above is also a part of her trousseau, along with the matching bonnet and crow apron.

Along with the patchwork dress above, Hitty will be accompanied by a large selection of dresses, the first of which you can see below...let it not be said that Hitty doesn't have a frock for every occassion.

These dresses both come with the cutest matching hats.

The bonnet above has its own hat stand and is tucked safely in its own hat box. Doesn't Hitty look adorable in it?

But sometimes a straw bonnet is just not enough, luckily Hitty also has a nice warm woolen hat and scarf to keep her warm.

Hitty also needs some warm woolen dresses for the cold winter months to go with her winter wear. Luckily she has a lovely collection of hand-knit beauties.

Below you will see some more of Hitty's personal furnishings.

Everything is included from the photo above except the wee table: the Japanese screen, panda, bonsai, Japanese doll, Asian pottery, bench and abacus....all included!

Hitty has a few more dresses and some delightful matching accessories to go along with them.

These are the pinks (always my favorites..actually ALL of these dresses are my favorites tonight).
The pinks come with a matching felt cloak and bonnet as well as a dainty hankerchief apron and matching bonnet.

Every girl needs special decorations for her bedroom and Hitty is no exception. Luckily she has this gorgeous Geisha quilt and pillow set that has been personalized with her name.

She also has a sweet cotton nightgown, which I think could easily double as garden party dress with a pretty blue bow tied around the waist.

If she gets cold while lying in bed reading her book, she can put this robins egg blue sweater around her shoulders.

And if all of this was not enough, she also comes with two kits for you to complete. One kit makes some cute little pillow pals and one makes a spoonflower crow dress.

This is a lot for anyone to digest, so let me sum it all up for you. Included in this package are the following: the extra special Japanese Hitty and her gorgeous blue kimono and obi, the Japanese screen, the monkey sake set, the bonsai tree, the green tea set, the piano, the See No Evil Monkey statues, the green wooden settle bench, the personalized hope chest, the patchwork dress and matching bonnet, the crow apron, the two bird dress, the summer flowers dress, the white and yellow straw bonnet, the hat stand and hat box, the woolen bonnet and scarf, the straw wide brim hat, the pink knit dress, the orange knit dress, the coordinating shawls, the blue knit suit dress, the orange wrap and matching handbag, the granny square afgan and matching poncho, a basket of flowers, the panda, the Asian pottery, the Japanese doll, the abacus, the pink flower dress and matching pantalettes, the blue and pink felt cloak and bonnet, the pink sampler crossover dress, the hankie apron and matching bonnet, the Geisha quilt and coordinating pillows, the white empire gown and the robins egg blue sweater.
I don't think I've missed anything.
